All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. There is no returns of electrical parts or parts that are not in "resellable" condition. When returning a product please call our sales staff (845) 651-7389 before returning the product to get a Return Authorization Number. If a product is returned without a return number the returns dept. will not process your package.
