w/d qualifications
Behrent’s w/d pricing is available only to those operating a retail automotive racing related business. You must complete and return the w/d application, along with a photocopy of your business license. Please also include a copy of your yellow page ad or your company’s recent magazine ad, and a photo of your store. You will then be reviewed for a w/d account by the management of Behrent’s. You may be required to place an initial stocking order of $3000 (at w/d cost). Generally start-up businesses require a buy-in. Completed applications do not guarantee w/d status. You will also be required to maintain annual minimum purchases of $5,000 (at w/d cost), or your business may be returned to retail pricing. Certain items cannot be used to make your qualifying order.

terms
All orders shipped prepaid or COD, unless other arrangements have been made. Payments can be made by money order, certified check, Visa, Mastercard and/or Discover card. UPS will no longer accept cash.

prices
Every possible effort will be made to hold published prices. However, all prices are subject to change without notice.

There are no warranties with respect to the products. No express warranties are given and no affirmations of the company, by words or actions, shall constitute a warranty. These products are sold on an “as is” and “with all faults” basis. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the product is with the buyer. Should any product prove defective following it’s purchase, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer assumes the entire cost of any necessary servicing or repair. Seller makes no warranty of fitness or warranty of merchantability with respect to any product.

We accept the following major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases on BPW-WD.com. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you.) Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be authorized upon processing your order, and will be billed prior to shipment.

returned checks
All returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. Your account will then be placed on a cash only status.
